The staff at Tozers have once again been voting and the firm is pleased to announce that Age UK Exeter has been chosen for their ‘Charity of the Year 2019’.

Age UK Exeter is a local charity, with its own locally elected Board of Trustees, working in the community to support older people, their families and carers – each week they support over 1,200 people in Exeter. Their mission is to help older people in Exeter get the most from life, whatever their circumstances.

Endurance Arthur, partner and chair of the CSR committee at Tozers comments:

“We are delighted that Age UK Exeter has been chosen as our Charity of the Year 2019. The staff at Tozers can’t wait to work alongside such a worthy charity. All funds raised will go towards helping three specific areas; social support for isolated, vulnerable and lonely older people, information and advice to older people and their families and support for people with dementia and their carers. Work is already underway for our next Family Fun Day on Saturday 6 July 2019 and there are lots of other fundraising ideas being discussed in the office. We look forward to working with everyone at Age UK Exeter and hope 2019 is our best fundraising year to date.”
