Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 – April Seminars 2015

At last, the new Anti-Social Behaviour Injunctions (Injunctions Preventing Nuisance and Annoyance) will be coming into force on 23 March 2015. This half day course looks at those new injunctions and how they differ from the current Anti-Social Behaviour Injunctions. We will also cover:-

  • The new grounds for possession
  • The Community Trigger
  • Changes to Dangerous Dogs legislation
  • Community Protection Notices
  • The Community Remedy
  • Closure Orders and Notice

PLEASE NOTE: there is no parking at Eden House but there is on road parking available close by.

Booking details

For Tozers’ Housing Advice Service subscribers, the seminar (and lunch) is free.  For non-subscribers, the cost is £40 +VAT (to include a buffet lunch). During the course of the seminar there will be ample opportunity to ask your own individual questions. You will also be welcome to contact the presenters during a week or so following the event for complimentary advice on the topics dealt with.
