Tozers employment law seminars 2014

Employment law update

We have taken a step away from our usual seminars which generally concentrate upon one specific topic. Instead, we will look at a range of interesting cases which have been decided throughout 2014. We will also use a new format where delegates will be given the facts of each case and invited to come to their own decision as to the actual outcome: for the quiz fans amongst you there will be points and prizes, but this is not compulsory.

We will cover a variety of topics including:

  • Discrimination
  • Whistleblowing
  • Unfair dismissal
  • Restrictive covenants
  • Covert recording
  • Without prejudice
  • Holiday pay and sickness
  • Ambiguous resignation
