Our team of litigators acts for a wide range of clients, predominantly small businesses, charities, hotel chains and regional/national housing associations as well as some individuals.  Our advocates represent clients in County Courts and in Tribunals around the country.

What we’re looking for

You will be acting for our clients in a range of commercial dispute resolution including employment (both contentious and non-contentious work) and there is also the opportunity to assist with a variety of civil and commercial cases such as construction disputes and contentious trusts and probate.

You will be highly organised with good attention to detail and have excellent client care skills.

The team takes regular referrals from our sector teams, Residential and Holiday Parks and Residential Providers, as well as from our commercial property colleagues and receives many instructions based on recommendations resulting from our expertise and excellent client service standards. 

What you’ll have

You may be a newly qualified solicitor or have up to 5 years’ or more PQE.    We are looking for broad commercial litigation experience and, in particular, a demonstrable interest in (and preferably experience of) employment law as the role is to cover the maternity leave of an employment law specialist.
