Residential Property, New Build Homes Team

Our New Homes team acts in the purchase of newbuild properties for individual clients and is on the panel of recommended solicitors for several national and regional Housebuilders and has an excellent reputation. The team also handles plot sales for developers, as well as dealing with part exchanges and sales.

What you’ll be doing

We are seeking an experienced paralegal, licenced conveyancer or legal executive to join the team in delivering an excellent service.  The successful candidate will be used to handling a caseload and managing the client journey from take-on through to completion using standard documentation. You will be preparing and issuing contract papers, submitting searches, dealing with client / third party enquires, contract reporting, exchanging and completing  as well as dealing with  post completion work. Our clients range from First Time Buyers, who require sensitive and patient hand holding, through to savvy, but sometimes demanding ‘Buy to Let’ investors.

What we’re looking for

You will be very well organised, have a ‘can-do’ attitude and able and happy to work under pressure to achieve our clients’ goals and developers deadlines. Attention to detail and a positive, proactive approach to client handling are essential attributes, as we pride ourselves on our client care.

What you’ll have

Previous experience in a property role would be desirable. You will have good IT and organisation skills and be able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
