Tozers LLP is a leading firm of solicitors offering an extensive legal service to businesses and individuals both locally and nationally. We are a busy team looking after 150 colleagues and 27 partners across three offices.
What you’ll be doing
You will be supporting the Head of HR and the IT and HR Coordinator with a range of administrative tasks.
Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets containing crucial compliance information such as diversity, recruitment, learning and development will make you an integral part of the team. As you will be organised and have great attention to detail, you will be able to provide accurate and up to date information, sometimes at short notice.
This is a hybrid role, and the hours can be arranged over the week by agreement. Although you will be equipped to work from home, this role requires you to be in the office for some of those hours to, for example, scan, print, post and file documentation.
You will also ensure that professional subscriptions are up to date and that compulsory learning and development has been completed. An ability to carry out basic research will be an advantage.
What we’re looking for
We will welcome a team member who knows what it means to produce accurate information in a timely manner. Maintaining confidentiality is crucial in this role too and you will be able to demonstrate your understanding of why this is important. You will also understand what it means to collaborate within a team whilst also having the ability to work independently under instruction.
What you’ll have
You will have great attention to detail and enjoy producing statistical information. Flexibility will also be one of your strong points as there will be occasions when you are asked for that information at short notice.
What we have
We believe that our people are our most important asset, and are committed to supporting our teams, cultivating a healthy culture of challenge and expectation with support and care.
