This is an opportunity to join a highly prestigious firm with offices throughout Devon. At Tozers we focus on establishing close working relationships with our clients and in our Affordable Housing team, we make every effort to provide a bespoke service to suit clients’ particular requirements, be they large regional housing associations or small rural ones.

What you’ll be doing

Your role as part of our busy Affordable Housing property team will include a broad range of administrative tasks such as opening files, cashiering, drafting some documents, communicating with clients and third parties.  You will be providing administrative support to the team which deals with property development including site acquisition, development agreements, infrastructure agreements, conditional contracts, options, and site set up plus commercial leases, licences and portfolio refinancing for our housing clients.
