The Role

We are seeking an experienced conveyancing paralegal to work within our nationally recognised Affordable Housing team at in Exeter.  This is an opportunity to join our highly prestigious law firm – Tozers solicitors - with offices throughout Devon. At Tozers we focus on establishing close working relationships with our clients, be they large regional housing associations or individual purchasers of residential property who come to us through our membership of various housing provider panels.

 

About You

You will be an experienced paralegal or conveyancing assistant, ideally with some new homes experience. You will be comfortable working collaboratively and on your own and will be capable of running your own residential sale and purchase files with appropriate supervision. This  role involves a mix of residential sales and purchases with an emphasis on new build developments, and will also include right to buy transactions, lease extensions some exposure to shared ownership transactions and similar matters for our housing clients. 

Along with a commitment to deliver the highest standards of client care, you will have a ‘can-do’ attitude and will be happy to adapt to the requirements of the tasks facing you.  

We can offer an interesting and varied workload within an experienced and friendly team and are seeking an enthusiastic candidate looking to develop their residential property knowledge in our specialist legal sector.
