Dividing your assets between children

A frequent difficulty when preparing a Will is trying to decide how to divide assets between children.  If some children have been involved in the running of your park(s) and some have not, is it fair to leave them equal shares of the business?  If the park(s) is the main asset of your estate how can you benefit those not involved without forcing the sale of the business.

You may feel that you have an insoluble problem but we see this situation frequently and have helped many clients to find a solution right for them.  Feel free to contact Grainne Staunton for a free initial telephone conversation on 01392 207020 or email
