Devon solicitors, Tozers LLP, sponsored The Men’s Open Race at the Mid Devon Hunt Club’s Point-to-Point at Blackforest Lodge, Kenton on Sunday 28 February 2016.

Guests of the firm joined lawyers from Tozers for hospitality in their marquee and watched the 13 year old bay gelding, Double Bank, owned by Mr J D Cole and trained by Emma Oliver win The Tozers Solicitors LLP’s Men’s Open Race. Double Bank’s jockey was Merv Woodward. Jill Headford (equine partner at Tozers), Vernon Clarke (head of the farms and rural estates team at Tozers) and Gráinne Staunton (partner in charge of wealth management) presented the winning jockey and owner with their prizes.

Tozers Solicitors’ partner Vernon Clarke comments: “Double Bank was a credit to Emma Oliver’s yard at Teign Valley and we were delighted to see him so recovered from the accident he had in his horse box last year en route home from Taunton races.”
