Glasses and keyboard

The Government is currently calling for evidence about whether the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 continues to be fit for purpose.

The Fire Safety Order which applies in England and Wales is seen as the cornerstone of general fire safety legislation and regulates fire safety in a wide range of non-domestic premises, including workplaces and common parts in multi-occupied residential buildings. This includes the common parts of parks.

The Government’s call for evidence closes on 31 July 2019 and applies to England only. You can view and respond to the call for evidence by visiting their website.
