GDPR Privacy Notices

As park owners will know the General Data Protection Regulations (“the GDPR”), which govern how data is held and processed, come into force on 25 May 2018.

Under the GDPR parks should be publishing Privacy Notices, one for customer data and if there are employees, workers or contractors another notice describing the use and protection of their data.

Model Privacy Notices are available free-of-charge to BH&HPA members by emailing
