Government Publishes Draft Energy Efficiency (Private Rented Property) (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2018

In our blog of 24th August 2018, we reported that the government had published a summary of the responses on the consultation of its proposal to amend the Energy Efficiency (Private Rented Property) (England and Wales) Regulations 2015.

Following on from this, the Government has now published the Draft Energy Efficiency (Private Rented Property) (England & Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 which can be found at:

If these regulations come into force they could potentially affect parks renting out residential or commercial buildings in England or Wales.
