Housing law seminar Autumn 2015

It’s been a busy 12 months in housing law, what with the changes to the anti-social behaviour laws, the introduction of the Care Act and the new rules on Section 21 notices for Assured Shorthold Tenancies. We understand how difficult it can be to keep up and with that in mind, we are providing a morning session to update and consolidate knowledge on all these changes.

We will cover:-

  • The Deregulation Act and changes to Section 21 notices
  • The new Court Protocol for no-rent possession claims
  • Human Rights and Disability Discrimination strategies
  • Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014
  • Section 21 notice for Affordable Rent/Fixed term tenancies
  • The Care Act
