Increased Tribunal Fees

With effect from 25 July 2016 the fees for a number of applications to the First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) were increased including the fees for applications relating to residential Mobile Home Parks.

A fee of £100 for will be payable when the application is submitted with a further £200 hearing fee being payable when notice of the hearing is received.

Applications for the determination of a new level of pitch fee and applications to determine whether regard should be had to improvements when the pitch fee is reviewed are an exception to this.  The application fee in these cases will be £20 with no hearing fee payable.
