Tozers appoints new partners and associates

Tozers are delighted to announce four promotions within the firm, across both the industry leading Residential Property team and award-winning Wealth Management team.

Sam Reid joins the Exeter office Partners at Tozers. With over 10 years' experience in the local property market, he has developed a reputation for providing an exceptional level of service for his clients when advising on all aspects of property law.

Joining Sam as a Partner is Sue Halfyard from our Teignmouth office. She works with local individuals to support them with the preparation of Wills, lasting powers of attorney, and the administration of estates. Sue heads up the Wealth Management team in Teignmouth, and is well known and highly regarded by her local clients.

Both Julie Hill and Tracy Moreton have been promoted to Associates within the Residential Property team. Teignmouth based Julie is experienced in dealing with all aspects of buying, selling and mortgaging residential properties including buy-to-let and shared ownership. Tracy deals with both freehold and leasehold residential transactions on behalf of individuals and companies, including transfers of equity and remortgages, based out of the Exeter office.
