Tozers welcomes two new Senior Associates

We are delighted to announce the appointment of two more Senior Associates to the firm, in a move that will boost both the Litigation & Employment and the Corporate & Commercial Teams.

David Paull is a new Senior Associate & Solicitor working in our Commercial Litigation team alongside Jill Headford and Martin Laver, where his works focusses on property, civil and commercial litigation. Since qualifying in 2005, his 16 years of experience gives him a wide range of litigation experience with a focus on finding solutions.

Rebecca Roberts is a new Senior Associate & Solicitor in our Corporate and Commercial team where she works alongside James Orpin and Amy Laver, dealing with business and company sales and acquisitions, restructurings, investments and joint ventures. After qualifying as a solicitor in 2010 Rebecca has worked on high profile corporate transactional and advisory work at two other regional law firms based in Exeter.
