New Prescribed form for Section 21 Notice

From the 1st October 2018 Landlords wishing to end an assured shorthold tenancy under the no fault procedure by serving a section 21 notice, will be required to use a prescribed form, as part of the changes introduced by the Deregulation Act 2015.

This requirement will only apply to assured shorthold tenancies in England, regardless of when they were created. Park owner landlords in England need to be aware of this change.
