Trainee Solicitor qualifies and commits to team

Tozers are delighted to announce Oliver Kent has qualified as a Solicitor and has chosen to stay with the Corporate & Commercial team, where he saw his final seat as a trainee in the firm. His role as Solicitor will see him work in the specialist corporate sector of the team.

Oliver joined Tozers in 2019 as a Paralegal before commencing his training contract in March 2021. Thorough yet efficient, Oliver applies a hard-working and friendly approach, whilst constantly keeping an eye on the client’s ultimate aim.

Oliver commented on his promotion with Tozers,

“I am delighted to have qualified as a solicitor, and I am equally delighted to be staying in the Company & Commercial team at Tozers. There is a real synergy between members of the team, which I first joined back in 2019, and we strike the right balance between quality of service, commitment, price and approachability. I look forward to continue working with our clients and fellow professional advisers on their corporate transactions and other business objectives.”

Head of the Corporate & Commercial team, James Orpin, said,

My congratulations go Oliver Kent for completing his training contract with Tozers and for qualifying as a solicitor. I am especially pleased he has chosen to stay with the team upon qualification, his dedication to Tozers and his clients is first class. I really enjoy working with Oliver and wish him all the best as he embarks on his career with Tozers.
