Eleanor is a first year trainee solicitor in the family team based in Newton Abbot. She currently assists the team with Public Law Childcare cases, these are where proceedings are brought by Local Authorities for care or supervision orders in respect of children who are thought to be at risk of significant harm, these cases include complex issues such as non-accidental injuries, emotional and sexual abuse and neglect.
