My role at Tozers involves dealing with new enquiries and assisting the Litigation department. I work closely with the firm’s Head of Litigation Jill Headford.

“I am often the first point of contact for new clients and the essence of my role is to understand their needs and objectives and to consider with them right from the start how Tozers can best help them.  Funding may well be an issue and I can talk that through and look at the options.  Disputes may need urgent action and I can provide a rapid initial response so that clients know their interests are being protected. Where clients are looking for answers to complex questions I always try to give advice which is easy to understand and consistent with their own objectives.”.

Everything was sorted to our satisfaction. Josh and other staff always friendly and helpful. We tried to sort the problem ourselves, but ran into difficulties with tenant eviction, wasting two months. This was easily overcome when the solicitor became involved.
