We act for all sorts of employers, from very small start-ups to major housing associations, charities, hotel chains and other commercial entities. Much of our work is with experienced HR teams, advising on the knottiest issues they come across, both at a strategic and a day-to-day level. We take a pride in getting to know our clients, which helps us tailor our advice to your needs.

We offer a fixed fee employment service called EASY. EASY clients pay an annual all-in fee for unlimited telephone and email access to the team. This helps you budget more effectively and ensures clients feel comfortable contacting us right at the outset of an issue, when our advice can often be most effective. For clients who do not subscribe to EASY, we are always happy to discuss alternatives to paying on an hourly basis, including fixed and capped fees and payment by results.

Because we present seminars and give training throughout the year and publish our own legal updates, and because the team are constantly responding to telephone calls from EASY subscribers on the widest range of “employment” topics you can imagine, our expertise is solid and right up to date. Our clients receive the quality of advice available from much larger firms without paying high hourly rates.
