The Newton Abbot Property Team is headed by Mark Meleady, an Associate & Solicitor, who has a wide range of experience in residential property matters, as well as experience of both commercial and agricultural property transactions. Additionally, Mark also acts on behalf of several developers in the area and deals with matters from site set up and plot sales to site acquisition.

Shona Wiseman, who is also based in Newton Abbot, deals with all aspects of selling, buying and re-mortgaging residential properties which also includes buy-to-let.

Our Newton Abbot team prides themselves on their level of service, combining a traditional personal approach with speed and efficiency using the latest technology, and are accredited under the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
