Megan Lindsay-Bush

“I take pride in providing essential support to our affordable housing clients and my colleagues so they receive an excellent and efficient service. I hope that my friendly, yet professional manner makes their complex issues that little bit easier!”

Megan works closely with our social housing clients building strong relationships on a wide variety of property matters. As an integral part of our broader Affordable Housing team, Megan is able to assist on:

  • plot sales
  • commercial leases
  • first registrations
  • residential lease extensions.

She also assists colleagues with development work such as site acquisitions and section 106 purchases. She has significant experience in dealing with right to buy/right to acquire transactions and residential sales on behalf of housing associations.

Megan qualified as a Solicitor in September 2020. She enjoys building strong relationships with clients and as a result is involved with many repeat instructions.

Her particular interest in property is borne from an enjoyment in visiting sites and seeing the tangible connection between the work she completes and the development coming to life on the ground.

When not at the office, Megan enjoys getting stuck into a good book, walking on Dartmoor and watching films at the cinema. She can also crochet a blanket!
