Melanie joined Tozers in 2007. She is a partner within the firm’s nationally recognised award-winning parks team, working alongside holiday and residential park owners to provide them with a wide range of advice, including; pitch fee disputes in the Residential Property Tribunal, park rules, breach of contract claims and consumer rights issues.
As part of a team of dedicated individuals who specialise in offering a wide range of dispute advice affecting the industry, Melanie and the team work closely alongside colleagues in parks commercial property and planning.
Melanie, who is Secretary of the BH&HPA Devon South Branch, has been a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives since 2013. Through her role as a national legal adviser to the BH&HPA, and additionally supporting clients and members of the BH&HPA, Melanie spends time out of the office meeting park owners in a variety of settings including Association meetings and industry conferences.
Away from work, Melanie is a huge supporter of women’s football and enjoys watching Exeter City Women FC football matches, where her daughter plays in the development squad.
