Natasha Neary

Natasha qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2019. In 2020, she joined Tozers’ Medical Negligence team; supporting clients who have been injured as a result of negligent medical treatment. She acts for clients in a variety of circumstances; ranging from pressure ulcer cases and surgical errors, to families who have lost loved ones due to delays in diagnosing cancer. Natasha also partners in the team with complex catastrophic birth injury cases.

Prior to joining Tozers in 2020, Natasha worked for a private company specialising in securing NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) Funding for individuals with a primary healthcare need. In an advocacy role, Natasha represented clients at CHC assessments and appeal panels. In addition, she managed a team of paralegals responsible for reviewing clinical records and drafting representations. Natasha also has a background in Personal Injury and Criminal Litigation. She qualified as an Accredited Police Station Representative in 2013.

Natasha is a determined lawyer, working hard to achieve the best outcome for every client. She prides herself on being easily approachable and compassionate, whilst maintaining a professional manner at all times.
