Owain is a Paralegal in the firm’s Parks team, where he advises Holiday and Residential Park Operators on a wide range of legal matters. His role involves supporting colleagues across the team while working directly with clients, providing advice on commercial disputes and contractual issues.
Owain regularly advises on commercial disputes, including consumer and manufacturing disputes, and assists with drafting and advising on contracts. He enjoys the problem-solving aspect of his work, particularly the strategic thinking required to identify multiple viable solutions to complex issues.
Clients working with Owain can expect a meticulous and client-focused approach. He manages his workload efficiently, communicates clearly, and proactively anticipates potential issues to help clients achieve practical and effective outcomes.
Owain is a graduate of the University of Exeter (LLB) and the University of Law (LPC and LLM in Professional Legal Practice). Before qualifying into his current role, he worked as a Legal Secretary in Tozers’ Private Client team between May 2022 and February 2023, giving him a strong grounding in client care and legal practice.
Outside of work, Owain attends and helps at a local church in Exeter, volunteers with local community initiatives, and enjoys exercising.
