Rachel qualified as a solicitor in 2003 working in a city law firm and then in New Zealand, before joining Tozers in October 2016. She works within the award-winning holiday and residential parks team supporting clients requiring advice in relation to transactional property work.

Her existing clients have a variety of commercial property interests and include; landlords, tenants, developers, investors, and owners.

Rachel works closely with clients to understand their core objectives and supports them in a range of transactions including leases, licences, disposals, acquisitions, options, conditional contracts and raising finance.
