Rebecca joined Tozers in 2020 and is a Solicitor in our Affordable Housing team. Her specialist areas include:
- Staircasing for buyers and housing associations
- Shared ownership resales
- Development set up and plot sales
- Right to Buy and Right to Acquire sales
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
She enjoys the variety that comes with the job and is always learning and facing new challenges. Rebecca prides herself on being approachable and personable to help clients feel supported at every step of the transaction.
