Rio is a solicitor in the Litigation and Housing Management team at Tozers, working predominantly on residential property matters. Her main focus is on breach of tenancy and anti-social behaviour cases, where she supports clients in navigating complex legal issues with practical and solution-driven advice.
Rio graduated with a Law degree from the University of Kent in 2020, before completing her LPC and LLM at the University of Law in Exeter in 2021, achieving a Distinction. She joined Tozers the same year as a Litigation Administration Assistant, was promoted to Paralegal in early 2022, and began her training contract in September 2023 where she qualified as a solicitor in September 2025.
Throughout her time at Tozers, Rio has developed a strong understanding of housing law and litigation, assisting social landlords and local authorities in managing challenging tenancy issues. She is known for her meticulous attention to detail and her calm, client-focused approach.
