Vincent is a solicitor within Tozers’ Affordable Housing team specialising in housing litigation, including possession claims, disrepair, and anti-social behaviour injunctions.
Vincent qualified as a solicitor in 2008. Prior to joining Tozers, he represented tenants of all tenures in litigation with their landlords, usually under a legal aid contract. Vincent has also had significant experience of homelessness and allocations matters, including reviews and appeals against local authorities. His work often had a significant public law element.
This experience has given Vincent a unique and useful perspective in now advising and representing registered providers of social housing, where he can apply his understanding of how advisers ‘on the other side’ will be working.
