The Creditworthiness Assessment Bill

The Creditworthiness Assessment Bill (“the Bill”) has had its first reading in the House of Commons and is expected to have its second reading on Friday 15 March 2019. For further information on the progress of the Bill you can track it here.

The Private Members Bill proposes certain matters to be taken into account when assessing a borrower’s creditworthiness. If the Bill progresses into law, it will affect parks owners who carry out credit-related activities.
