Tozers advises on unfair dismissal and sex and age discrimination claim
We acted for a client recently in her successful Employment Tribunal claim against her former employer. Roz Perrin was dismissed, aged 62, by her employer in circumstances in which she alleged were unfair and based on her age and her sex. Ms Perrin also claimed she has suffered harassment on the grounds of her sex and age.
The Employment Tribunal agreed with Ms Perrin and awarded over £44,000 in compensation and costs. The facts of the case made the local and national news:
