Tozers family fun day raises over £1,500 for charity of the year, Sands
On Saturday 14th July Tozers LLP held a family fun day to raise money and awareness for our charity of the year – Sands, the stillbirth and neonatal charity. We are delighted to announce that the event was a huge success and has raised over £1,500.
Building on the achievement of last year’s family fun day, the event attracted a huge crowd and was supported by Tozers’ staff, clients, local families and St. Thomas Pleasure Grounds’ visitors.
Commenting on the success of the day, Endurance Arthur, partner and Chairperson for the firm’s Charitable and Social Responsibility Committee:
“Our objective, when planning our family fun day, is not only to raise money and awareness for our charity of the year but also to engage staff and the local community. The large turnout at this event combined with the figure raised for Sands is really pleasing. I am immensely proud of all the staff in particular the family law team who made this happen and Tozers are absolutely thrilled by all of the support and generosity that made it possible.”
We would like to say a huge thank you to our vendors who put on such fantastic activities and served up delicious food and beverages. It was a pleasure to work with you and we are grateful for your donations to Sands.
We would also like to thank Exeter City Council for kindly allowing us to use St. Thomas Pleasure Grounds.
