Tozers’ law team are delighted to support the Devon Wildlife Trust during Remember a Charity Week running from 11 – 17 September

As a leading Devon Law firm with a history that dates back to 1785 we are very passionate about our local heritage and take a great deal of interest in our natural environment and our fellow Devon communities.

During national Remember a Charity Week we are helping to promote the Devon Wildlife Trust’s legacy giving campaign whereby supporters can leave a gift to charities in their Wills and in doing so “have their say about the future they want to pass on.”

Sir David Attenborough advocates legacy giving and hopes that people will share in his passion to leave a gift to a charity in their Will: “If you chose to remember the Wildlife Trust in your Will, I can assure you that your gift will make a real and lasting contribution to saving the wildlife we all love.”

As well as being philanthropic, legacy giving can also help reduce your inheritance tax bill and our expert solicitors can provide you with further advice on this.
