Tozers tops medical negligence rankings in 2017 legal directory
Devon law firm Tozers Solicitors LLP has been recognised as a Band 1 firm in the legal bible Chambers & Partners 2017 for its work in clinical negligence for claimants in Exeter and surrounds. Tozers is one of only two Devon firms in band 1 for this category.
This year’s edition of the legal directory, which was launched on 2 November 2016, describes Tozers’ clinical negligence team as a: “Highly regarded clinical negligence practice with a broad range of expertise, notably including Erb’s palsy cases. Also handles other complex claims including obstetrics and brain injury cases.”
With regard to Tozers’ strengths, a source was quoted as saying: “They are very caring and have good attention to detail. They are really what people need – someone that shows care for their family and is able to help them through the legal system and get a good result.”
Chambers & Partners 2017 goes on to say of Tozers’ notable clinical negligence practitioners and ranked lawyers:
