The Transfer of Tribunal Functions (Mobile Homes Act 2013 and Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2014

On 18 July 2014 the Transfer of Tribunal Functions (Mobile Homes Act 2013 and Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2014 (“the Order”) transferred certain site licensing applications to the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).

These applications include:

  • An appeal against conditions attached to a site licence;
  • An appeal against the alteration of conditions attached to a site licence;
  • An appeal against the refusal to vary the conditions of a site licence;
  • An appeal against a compliance notice;
  • An appeal against a local authority taking emergency action;
  • An appeal against the costs of a local authority taking emergency action or for a compliance notice;
  • An appeal against the refusal to issue or transfer a site licence;
  • An appeal against decision to revoke site licence for failure to pay annual licence fee.

The order also provides that the fees for making one of the above applications in the Tribunal will be £155.
