Finley is a Paralegal in our Real Estate and Commercial Company teams.
He provides support across a wide range of commercial property and corporate matters, assisting with transactions from start to finish. His work includes leases, property sales and acquisitions, share transfers, and business and asset acquisitions, helping clients and colleagues throughout each stage of the process.
Finley enjoys working closely with clients and getting to understand the unique aspects of every matter. He takes pride in providing consistent, reliable support to colleagues while collaborating across the firm to help achieve the best possible outcome for clients. He believes that clear communication and a collaborative approach are key to delivering an excellent client experience.
Finley graduated from Bath Spa University with a law degree in 2024. During his studies, he volunteered with a Law Clinic, carrying out triage interviews and assisting with a broad range of legal enquiries, providing free support to members of the community.
Outside of work, Finley is an avid reader who enjoys fiction and historical literature.
