Increase to Civil Court Fees
As of 1 May 2024, certain Civil Court fees have increased.
The increases which are most likely to affect our clients are:

County Court Possession Claim | £355 | £391 |
General Applications | £275 | £303 |
Warrant of Possession (County Court Bailiffs) | £130 | £143 |
When sending documents to Court, check the Court fee, and enclose a cheque for the correct amount.
