New process for registering a notice with the Public Trustee

A change has been made to the application process for all applications to the Public Trustee made on and after 29 August 2023. The changes have redesigned and improved the process.

The new system is simpler and now entirely electronic. A new digital version of the NL1 Form has been created which allows users to complete the forms online and pay the necessary fees by debit or credit card.

This means that applications can be received sooner by the Public Trustee and the process for registration is streamlined and hopefully completed within a shorter period of time.

The existing system has now closed and BACS transfers to pay the administration fee will be unsuccessful. We are expecting full details of the new system on 29 August. All new applications should wait and be made using the new process and method of payment from 29 August 2023.
