Exclusive Salcombe holiday park changes hands for first time in 16 years

On the clifftop overlooking Soar Mill Cove, near Salcombe, is Salcombe Retreat, an exclusive holiday lodge park, offering superior self-catered lodges with stunning coastal views, nestled in the South Hams area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just 5 minutes from Salcombe.

Neil and Jake Parker have operated the park since 2004, but after 16 years, we helped them complete a sale of shares in Salcombe Park Limited on Friday 29^th January 2021. Following the sale, the clients are planning on refocussing their business interests to their other park in East Devon.

Amy Laver from our Corporate Commercial team helped Neil and Jake Parker with the sale of shares.
