At Tozers, we are committed to being a more responsible business, driving positive change across our environment, communities, and people. From over 40% female representation in our partnership to a colleague community fund and a dedicated Green Team, we are taking meaningful steps to embed sustainability and social responsibility into everything we do.
Our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, particularly our Carbon Reduction Plan, reflect our focus on environmental stewardship. We actively minimise our impact through sustainable office practices, energy efficiency, waste management, and encouraging sustainable commuting. We support local wildlife and conservation organisations such as the Devon Wildlife Trust, while also helping our clients meet their own carbon reduction targets and address climate and biodiversity risks.
To formalise our efforts, we have developed a Carbon Reduction Plan based on established GHG reporting methodologies and ISO 14064 principles. Using a 2023 post-COVID baseline, this plan allows us to track our emissions, set targets, and measure progress as we work towards a lower-carbon future.
