Aimee works with individual clients advising on all aspects of Residential Property work including Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
Working closely with Residential Property colleagues in Teignmouth, Aimee has established professional relationships and uses these to navigate obstacles, and complete transactions efficiently.
Aimee is also assisting fellow professionals within the Residential Property team to aide in the timely progression of ongoing transactions.
Aimee has been an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives since 2010.
