As Head of Business Development, Caroline plays a central role in driving the firm’s growth and visibility. Working closely with the leadership team, she leads the development and delivery of Tozers’ business development, marketing, and client experience strategies.
Caroline oversees a coordinated approach across teams and individuals to ensure the firm’s profile is raised across key markets while maintaining a strong focus on delivering exceptional service to existing clients.
She is also instrumental in shaping how the firm engages with local communities, suppliers, colleagues, and clients. Passionate about collaboration, Caroline enjoys building and managing strategic partnerships with businesses, charities, and professional services firms—particularly across the South West.
Caroline joined Tozers in 2020, bringing with her over two decades of experience in business development, client experience and marketing, both in-house and as a consultant within the professional services sector.
