Edward is an Associate and Solicitor in the award-winning Parks team. Working closely with clients, Edward conducts due diligence and advises on transactional property work to assist park owners buy, sell and develop residential and holiday parks.
Edward also provides general advice on a range of park property matters such as: refinancing, title review and advice on leases, restrictive covenants, wayleave agreements, and agreements for services and access.
Edward has been working with Park owners since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2013, when he advised park owners on a variety of matters including landlord & tenant and various property disputes and provided advice to park owners on the BH&HPA members’ helpline on a range of park related legal queries.
Enjoying the fast-paced nature of transactional property work, Edward is always looking to stay one step ahead for his clients.
