Emma is a Paralegal in our Residential Property team, specialising in new build conveyancing.
She assists clients throughout the conveyancing process, from opening client files and preparing contract documentation and reports to getting matters ready for completion. Emma also deals with registration and post-completion formalities, helping transactions progress as smoothly as possible.
Emma enjoys supporting people as they achieve their goal of home ownership. She particularly enjoys the fast-paced nature of new build conveyancing and seeing matters progress from initial instruction through to completion. She is committed to providing clear, concise and prompt communication, ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout their transaction.
Emma graduated from the University of Law with a Master of Laws (LLM) at the beginning of 2026.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys exploring Dartmoor, wild swimming and cycling.
