Lucy is a Paralegal in the Residential Property team, supporting clients through the sale of their homes with clear communication and a practical, proactive approach.
She keeps clients informed at every stage of the conveyancing process, dealing with enquiries raised by buyers' solicitors to help transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. Alongside managing a growing caseload of her own, Lucy also supports colleagues within the Newton Abbot Residential Property team.
Lucy understands that moving home can be one of life's most stressful experiences and is committed to making the process as straightforward as possible. She prides herself on keeping clients updated, responding promptly to queries and being available to communicate in the way that suits them best, whether that's in person, over the phone or by email.
With experience handling a wide range of transactions, including long property chains, probate sales and sales following relationship breakdowns, Lucy provides practical guidance and reassurance throughout the process.
Before joining Tozers, Lucy worked in private client law and spent almost 20 years as an estate agent in the local area. Her background gives her a valuable understanding of the property market and the buying and selling process from both legal and practical perspectives, enabling her to support clients every step of the way.
Outside of work, Lucy enjoys spending time with her family and two children. She loves being on the water, walking, gardening and growing flowers and vegetables. She also enjoys running, keeping fit at the gym and attending Zumba classes.
