Lucy Webb

Lucy has recently qualified as a Solicitor after successfully completing the Tozers Graduate Trainee Programme. During her training contract, she gained broad experience across a range of practice areas, developing strong technical knowledge and a practical, client-focused approach to legal work.

Lucy has now joined the firm’s Residential Property team, where she advises clients on a range of property matters. She primarily assists with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. Lucy understands that moving home can be both exciting and stressful, and she is committed to guiding clients through the process clearly and efficiently, ensuring transactions progress as smoothly as possible.

Known for her approachable manner and attention to detail, Lucy takes pride in building strong relationships with clients and delivering a high standard of service. She works closely with colleagues and third parties to ensure transactions are handled efficiently and with the utmost care from instruction through to completion.
