Megan manages the Client Experience team, providing support and guidance to ensure that every client - whether an existing client or a first-time visitor receives exceptional service. She oversees client enquiries, reports on feedback, and manages the firm’s approach to client experience as a whole. She also occasionally supports the Marketing team.
She particularly enjoys the variety of her role and the opportunity to work alongside such kind and helpful colleagues.
Megan joined Tozers in 2016 as part of the Reception team, later moving into Marketing before progressing into her current role as Client Experience Manager. Her broad experience across different areas of the firm gives her a strong understanding of the full client journey and enables her to make meaningful improvements to the experience Tozers provides.
Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, baking, visiting new places, and spending time with friends, family, and her little dog.
