Michael is a Partner and Solicitor in our nationally recognised Affordable Housing team. Michael qualified as a Solicitor in 2000 and has developed relationships with Registered Providers development departments having worked in-house for over 20 years.
Michael provides a broad range of advice and guidance to Registered Providers to ensure they can deliver their social housing property schemes, including property, housing management and governance and regulatory work.
Michael is an excellent communicator with a focus on property related matters; finding solutions to enable clients to deliver their social housing property schemes.
He has experience in Landlord and Tenant / Tenancy Management, Property and Land Law, Contract Law, and Governance and Regulatory advice.
In his spare time Michael enjoys either watching or participating in most sports, particularly football, tennis and golf and helps coach a local U12 football team. He also likes to spend time with family, supporting his 3 children with their various interests and hobbies.
